Emergency Care Assistance Fund

Thus far, in 2009, Animal Trustees paid over $55,000 in medical bills helping animals in need of emergency care. The emergency care assistance fund was created in response to tremendous need in the community for affordable emergency veterinary care. Thanks to contributions from individuals and foundations we are able to provide such high cost emergency treatment through our partnership with Austin Vet Care and the Animal Medical Center.
