Spay/Neuter Clinic

ATA's Spay & Neuter Clinic is located at 5129 Cameron Rd, one block north of the 51st St. overpass, on the east side of IH-35. Spay and neuter surgeries are performed by appointment. Patients are admitted from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM on the day of their scheduled appointment. Generally, patients are discharged between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM on the same day as surgery. Please read our Pre-Operative Procedures before your appointment, and the Post-Operative Procedures after your appointment.

In the event of inclement weather, ATA will use the Austin Independent School District (AISD) as a guide (if AISD closes or opens late, ATA will do the same). Check your local radio or television station for information.

FEE SCHEDULE

• Additional $10 for dogs 50 lbs. and over
• If male animal is cryptorchid (undescended testicle), add $10-$20 for each testicle
• There may be an additional $10 charge for obese animals
• Nail trim or anal gland expression under anesthesia - $5.00
