Jessie Rose is the main attraction at Animal Trustees of Austin. She has a huge fan base, and folks come from everywhere to visit her. She continually celebrates her emancipation from living her early life in a cruel, crowded puppy mill by prancing and dancing everywhere she goes. That is why this painting is titled “Paw Prance.” When not painting J’Ro is often seen at community events spreading the word to spay and neuter and to educate the public about responsible pet ownership. She loves her job and takes it very seriously.
