Request Spay/Neuter

This form is to request appointments for Spay/Neuter surgery only.

For dental cleaning, heartworm treatment, or special surgeries (undecended testicle, hernia repair, etc.) please call the clinic at (512) 450-0111.

Appointments for spay/neuter surgeries are limited to two pets per person per day. Patients are admitted from 7:30 am to 8:30 am on the day of their scheduled appointment. You will be informed of your check out time on the morning of the surgery, but generally patients are discharged between 3:30 pm and 6:00 pm on the same day as their surgery.
